The San Pedro Valley News-Sun erroneously reported in the Feb. 3 edition the number of power lines that could potentially be used in the San Pedro Valley for the Sunzia Transmission line coming from New Mexico. If the route is chosen, there could be up to 164 towers in the San Pedro River Valley.

Also on a report that appeared Feb. 3, National Bank of Arizona will not receive proceeds from homes sold in House Ridge Estates.

In the Jan. 27 edition on a report on the city's current finance status, the state does not currently owe the city $1.1 million in IOUs, City Finance Director Jim Cox brought up the possibility of that happening in 2010 or 2011. Currently, the city is only creating a contingency plan, and no layoffs or furloughs are being considered at this time.
